The Privacy Policy for the CTO Compass application outlines the collection and processing of user personal data by the Administrator. This data is used for generating personalized questions, validating form fields, operating chat rooms, and providing written recommendations and suggested content through OpenAI's API. Data collection aims at enhancing answer relevancy and user satisfaction, conducted anonymously without linking to user IPs. Automatic data collection occurs through application use, stored in Vercel logs and Local Storage. Users consent to this data processing by accepting the Privacy Policy upon application use.

Recipients of personal data include entities providing IT services for site maintenance, hosting, mailbox management, consulting, and services in accounting, finance, recruitment, legal areas, as well as newsletter providers, Vazco contractors and co-workers, affiliates, trusted vendors, marketing agencies, app and social media platforms, banks, and couriers. Vazco may share information with authorities or third parties on a lawful basis. We take all necessary measures to ensure that subcontractors and other cooperating entities also provide guarantees to apply appropriate security measures whenever they process personal data on our behalf. Personal data may be transferred outside the EEA to countries ensuring adequate protection or under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission for countries not meeting these standards. 6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies, small data files, which are stored on the User's terminal device (computer, smartphone, tablet) during the User's use of the CTO Compass application and subsequently stored there, are used for the following purposes:

  • to ensure the correct functioning of the CTO Compass application in the User's browser,
  • to facilitate the use of the CTO Compass application by the User and to adapt it to the User's needs,
  • to continuously develop the CTO Compass application.
  • Remember your individual settings and preferences,
  • to create statistics on the CTO Compass application in order to learn about User expectations and the development of the CTO Compass application in order to make it easier to find the information most frequently requested (e.g. by analysing search engine queries),
  • to administer the servers and the CTO Compass application,

  • to adapt the CTO Compass application to the User's needs.
